Support Field Application Engineer
The Support Field Application Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the Red Bend Software products to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of technologies. This person will also work on other programming and documentation projects as required. Deliver effective technical customer support .May be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Client-facing experience
- Firm grasp of how the mobile phone works, networking, and software products
- Technical skills
- Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner
- B.Sc. degree in computer science or similar technical degree
- Experience in C/C++
- Experience with mobile technology
- Knowledge of OMA DM standard
