Yoram Salinger, President and Chief Executive Officer

As president and CEO, Yoram Salinger is responsible for the growth, strategic direction and management of the company. He joined Red Bend in 2001 and under his leadership the company has become the market leader in Mobile Software Management with 71 percent market share, more than 1 billion Red Bend-Enabled™ devices and 75 customers including 10 of the top mobile phone manufacturers and operators such as China Mobile and NTT DOCOMO. Previously, Salinger was CEO of Netgame, a leading provider of programmable broadband technology. As COO of Algorithm Research, a leader in security solutions for e-business applications, he headed marketing and sales for Europe and the Far East. As business development manager for Contahal, one of Israel's largest software companies, Salinger led the deployment of several new technologies.
Sharon Peleg, Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Sharon Peleg is responsible for maintaining Red Bend's technological advantage by bringing new technologies to the company and building its intellectual property. For more than 25 years, he has been involved in development of state-of-the-art technology ranging from real-time embedded applications to compilers, advanced test tools, software development tools and differential updating. Before founding Red Bend in 1998, Peleg held leading R&D positions at startups and research centers, including: Applied Materials in Tel-Aviv, Israel; Advanced Computer Research Institute (ACRI) in Lyon, France; and National Semiconductor in Herzeliya, Israel.
Udi Dagan, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Udi Dagan is responsible for Red Bend’s strategic financial management and operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in various executive positions with IBM with responsibility for finance, operations, business strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Red Bend, Dagan was the IBM Business Consulting Services Country Manager in Israel, heading a team of several hundred professionals conducting business and IT consulting engagements in Israel, Eastern Europe and Asia. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for IBM Israel, Vice President for Operations of IBM Global Services in Israel, and Manager of Financial Planning for IBM in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Dagan has also been active in the CFO Forum in Israel as a member of the Steering Committee and a leader of the Technology and eCommerce Committee.
Sigal Givati, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Sigal Givati is responsible for managing Red Bend’s employee relations worldwide, including organizational development, talent management, benefits and recruitment. Givati joined Red Bend in 2007 as vice president of human resources and played a vital role in managing Red Bend’s growth to more than 140 employees, including the effective integration of VirtualLogix, which Red Bend acquired in September 2010. Givati has more than 15 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Red Bend, she was vice president of human resources at One1, a leading IT company in Israel.
Shykeh Gordon, Executive Vice President Global Sales

Shykeh Gordon leads Red Bend’s worldwide sales organization. He joined the company in 2011 with more than 25 years of experience at largecorporations and small start-ups, and in both direct sales and working with partners and channels. Prior to Red Bend, Gordon spent five years as president of EMEA and APAC for NICE System’s Security Group and president of the company’s video surveillance solutions division, NiceVision. He also spent six years with RADVision, rising to chief operating officer where he took an active role in growing the company to 250 employees and $50 million in revenue.
Morten Grauballe, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy
Morten Grauballe leads the company's corporate development and strategy efforts. He has 15 years of experience in the wireless industry and has held various management roles at Red Bend including responsibility for Products, Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining Red Bend, Grauballe was vice president of product management for Symbian Ltd., where he helped establish the company as a leading provider of mobile smartphone software. During his seven years at Symbian, Grauballe successfully brought Symbian OS v8 and v9 to market, driving the operating system into the mass market while introducing innovative new technologies. Due to his language skills, he was instrumental in the company's success in the Japanese mobile market. Prior to joining Symbian, Grauballe was a senior member of Ericsson's marketing team in Tokyo and helped launch several handsets for NTT DOCOMO.
Alon Kleinman, Executive Vice President of Research and Development

Alon Kleinman is responsible for global research & development activities at Red Bend. He joined the company in 2001. Prior to Red Bend, Kleinman served as General Manager and CTO of Ubique, a leading developer of chat, presence, and instant messaging solutions, acquired by IBM. Before Ubique, he held a senior technical position with Technomatix and was a research assistant with the Weizmann Institute.
Lori Sylvia, Executive Vice President of Marketing

Lori Sylvia is responsible for Red Bend's worldwide marketing efforts, including product marketing, corporate marketing, market adoption and marketing partnerships. She has 15 years of experience in marketing and communications in the mobile, networking and telecommunications sectors, previously serving as Red Bend's VP, Corporate Marketing. Prior to Red Bend, she was director of marketing for General Dynamics' $3 billion IT services division, and before that served in various senior product marketing and product management roles at venture-backed start-ups including Indus River Networks, acquired by Enterasys Networks in 2001. She started her career as a reporter covering emerging technologies.
Regional Managers
Hiroaki Kato, Country Manager, Japan

Hiroaki Kato is Japan Country Manager, responsible for overseeing the business operation of Red Bend Software Japan KK and for expanding Red Bend further into the mobile market and other industries in Japan. Kato has more than 25 years of experience managing sales, business development, and strategy creation and implementation for industry-leading telecommunications companies. Previously, Kato held senior management roles with Avaya and Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan and the United States. Kato earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Tokyo University and completed the Executive Management of Technology program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Dean Martin, Vice President of Sales, EMEA

Dean Martin has responsibility for Sales and Operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Red Bend, Martin held several positions at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies, where he led Sales and Business Development activities in the automotive, networks and wireless mobile markets. Martin graduated from the University of Portsmouth (England) with honors in electronic engineering.
John Pratt, Vice President of Sales, North America
John Pratt leads Red Bend's sales organization in North America. He has more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and channel devleopment. Pratt joined Red Bend in 2006 in the company’s UK office to manage strategic accounts with mobile device manufacturers and semi-conductor vendors. In that role, he was instrumental in helping the company expand its business in the mobile industry as well identifying new markets for Red Bend’s products and services such as M2M device manufactures. Prior to Red Bend, Pratt opened the European office for Netuitive. Earlier, he held various positions, including Senior Account Executive and Director of Partnership and Alliances, with Gomez both in the United States and Europe.
John Seo, Country Manager, Korea

John Seo has responsibility for sales and operations in Korea. He has more than 15 years of experience working at technology companies. Prior to joining Red Bend, Seo was the managing director of MPIA, a mobile payment solution company, where he was responsible for planning regional sales strategies for Korea and China. Before MPIA, he held several executive positions, including head of global sales, marketing and operations, at venture capital-supported companies in Korea, China and the United States.
Danny Wang, Country Manager, Greater China

Danny Wang has responsibility for sales and operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has more than 18 years of experience in sales and management in the U.S. and in APAC. Before joining Red Bend, Wang served as the Country Manager of Greater China for Bitfone, where he established the local operation and managed sales in the region. Prior to Bitfone, he worked for VWeb, a leading chip designer of IP video transfer, as Sales Director of APAC. At VWeb he built up the local sales channel and strategic partnerships which contributed more than 70% of the sales for the company. Before VWeb, Wang worked at NTS Technology for more than eight years.
