Redbend’s Professional Services organization has vast experience in working closely with customers, understanding the customer’s requirements and working together to address our customers’ needs.
The Professional Services organization is structured and focused on Redbend’s three strategic markets -- Mobile, Automotive and IoT. Architects and engineers have gained years of experience working in these various markets, understanding the special market requirements and addressing the requirements within the projects delivered to customers.
Redbend’s Professional Service organization consists of:
Solution Architects - Works closely with the customer to define the architecture of the solution that will meet the customer’s needs.
Program Managers – Manages the daily operations of the project, orchestrating developers and QA, milestones and deliverables.
Engineering and Quality teams – Augments the Redbend product offerings with tailored customer requirements. The team is composed of specialized client and server groups, according to the various product portfolio.
System Engineers / Integration team – Works closely with customers on product integration and can be available on site as needed.
Project Managers – Are the leading focal points with the customer on all matters of schedule and work organization.
