Harel Beit-On

Chairman, Red Bend Software
Harel is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of management leadership in the software industry. Harel brings a wealth of expertise in founding, building and leading global software companies.

Prior to joining Carmel, Harel was President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Tecnomatix Technologies (NASDAQ: TCNO). Under his leadership, Tecnomatix became a leader in Manufacturing Process Management Software Systems, establishing an impressive customer base of over 5,000 of the world's top manufacturers and key strategic alliances with industry leaders. During his eight-year tenure, the Company grew to $100 million in revenues and more than 650 employees. Recently, Harel led the successful sale of Tecnomatix to UGS, a global leader in the Product Lifecycle Management, for $ 228 Million.

Harel is Chairman of the Board of CogniTens, a provider of advanced manufacturing solutions for process improvements to the manufacturing industries, also Harel is the Chairman of the Board of ECtel (NASDAQ:ECTX) and serves on the Board of Directors of Red Bend, Shunra and Optimal Test.

Harel is viewed as a thought leader in the manufacturing software space and is often invited to lecture at industry conferences.

Yoram Salinger

President and Chief Executive Officer, Red Bend Software
Yoram Salinger is responsible for enhancing Red Bend Software's position as a leading provider of advanced technology for creating, deploying, installing and managing updates to complex software. He brings 17 years of experience in PC software development, marketing and management to Red Bend Software.

Previously, as business development manager for Contahal Ltd., one of Israel's largest software companies, Yoram led the deployment of several new technologies. As COO of Algorithm Research Ltd., a leader in providing security solutions for e-business applications, he headed marketing and sales for Europe and the Far East. Yoram was also CEO of Netgame Ltd., a leading provider of programmable broadband technology.

Yuval Almog

Founder and Senior Managing Director of Coral Capital Management
Yuval became a venture capitalist in 1986 and prior to that spent 14 years as an entrepreneur and operating manager. Yuval has been instrumental in affecting strategic and management changes, as well as orchestrating venture capital financing, for his portfolio companies. His experience encompasses every aspect of building a successful company – strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.

Yuval's history of developing market leaders includes being the lead investor in, among others: Advanced Fibre Communications (acquired by Tellabs; NASDAQ: TLAB), Cerus (NASDAQ: CERS), Macromedia (acquired as a public company by Adobe Systems; NASDAQ: ADBE), Magnet Communications (acquired by Digital Insight; NASDAQ: DGIN), Optical Solutions (acquired by Calix), and vizrt (Neuer Market-Frankfurt: VIZ). Yuval co-founded Zoran Corporation (Nasdaq: ZRAN), a digital signal processor company in Silicon Valley.

From 1979 through 1982, Yuval was with Raychem Corporation in both staff and line positions. For nine years prior to his arrival in the U.S., Yuval was a fighter pilot, systems officer, and instructor with the Israeli Air Force.

Andre Dahan

President and Chief Executive Officer, Comverse Technology
Dahan previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Multimedia Services at AT&T Wireless from July 2001 to December 2004. Before that, he served as President of North America and Global Accounts and in several other global executive positions for Dun & Bradstreet. In addition, Dahan previously served in a variety of senior executive positions with Teradata Corp. (now NCR), Sequent Computer Systems and S.E. Qual, an information technology consulting firm.

Dahan has held technical positions with Malam Systems, the Israeli aircraft industry, IBM Israel, and S.E. Qual, an IT consulting firm. He holds a degree in software engineering from Hadassah College in Jerusalem.

Amit Frenkel

General Partner, Carmel Ventures
Amit Frenkel is a veteran venture capitalist with extensive practical business experience. Before joining Carmel, Amit was general partner of the international Israel Infinity Fund, which made 21 investments. Previously, Amit served as the fund manager of the Clalit Capital Fund LP, where he restructured the fund and brought it to profitability. Clalit invested in 17 companies and had 13 successful exits, generating an IRR of over 60% per annum. Amit was active in building and promoting the portfolio companies throughout their life cycle. His investments include Breezecom, Nur Macroprinters, Paradigm Geophysical, Celletra, Radvision, NiceCom, Viryanet, ProActivity, and others.

Before becoming a venture capitalist, Amit was Vice President of Clal Issuing Ltd., the largest investment banking house in Israel, where he led numerous M&A and private placement transactions.

Eran Gersht

Managing Director, Poalim Ventures
Eran joined Poalim Capital Markets in 1997 and was instrumental in founding Poalim Ventures' four venture capital funds, with more than $250 million under management.

Prior to joining Poalim Capital Markets, Eran was Vice President, Investment Banking, and Managing Director at Gazit Group. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at the Corporate Division of Leumi Ltd. and Ma'alot, the Israeli rating agency.

Eran represents Poalim Ventures on the boards of Red Bend Software, Cyota, PowerDsine and Discretix, and in the management companies of Yozma II and Delta funds.

Eran earned a BA (Economics), and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Rami Kalish

Managing General Partner and Founder, Pitango Venture Capital
Rami Kalish has extensive experience in venture capital and international management in the high-tech environment. Mr. Kalish has been active in the field of venture capital since 1992, and has served as Managing General Partner since that time.

Prior to founding Pitango (originally under the name Polaris), Mr. Kalish garnered rich managerial experience at high-technology firms in the U.S., Europe and Israel. He previously held sales and marketing positions at IBM and senior executive roles at Orbotech (NASDAQ:ORBK), a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the PCB and semiconductor industries.

He earned a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Information Science from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Some of the Boards of Directors on which Mr. Kalish previously served include VocalTec (VOCL), Retalix (RTLX), Optibase (OBAS), RADWARE (RDWR), and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Surf, CTI2, ForeScout, Comsys, and VCON (La Nouveau Marche), among others. Mr. Kalish was, for many years, also a member of the Board of the Israel Venture Association (IVA).

Moshe Mor

General Partner, Greylock Partners
Moshe Mor joined Greylock in 2000. His areas of focus include: enterprise software, systems and services.

Previously, Moshe spent eight years at SPL WorldGroup, a leading international provider of enterprise software and services. He was a member of SPL's founding team; from 1995 he led it as its CEO through rapid expansion to reach 1,000 employees and $150 million in revenues worldwide. Prior to SPL WorldGroup, Moshe held management positions in software companies in diverse stages, from start-ups to large established players. He also served six years in the Israeli Army as a Captain in the Military Intelligence branch.

Moshe leads Greylock's international investment activities in Israel, Europe and emerging regions in concert with other Greylock partners in both the Bay Area and the Boston offices. He is currently a member on the boards of ClearForest, HyperRoll, Illuminator, Red Bend Software, Siliquent Technologies and Uniper (formerly Cash-U).

Moshe holds a BS degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Sami Totah

Board Member, Red Bend Software
Sami Totah has served in various positions at Amdocs over a nineteen-year career and in his last role served as COO and Senior Vice President. He was responsible for defining the company strategy, organization and direction. In addition, he had P&L responsibility for the Delivery Divisions and various departments including Global Operations, IT and HR.

Prior to assuming the role of COO at Amdocs, Sami was Division President for the company and managed sales, marketing, product development and customer relations. Under his leadership, the division grew from 500 employees and $120 million in revenues to 1,600 employees and about $410 million in revenues. He was also involved in Amdocs' penetration into the Latin American market and the German market.
